Yes! All items at Capy Box are 100% authentic and sourced through official distributors. We do not sell fake or replica products — ever.
📦 Can I choose which character I get?
No — that’s part of the fun! All blind boxes are sealed by the manufacturer, and we do not know which figure is inside.
💡 What are “chase” or “secret” figures?
These are rare hidden designs that are not shown on the packaging. They're more difficult to find and are often highly collectible!
🚚 Do you ship across Australia?
Yes, we offer Australia-wide shipping from Melbourne. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
⏰ How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
