🚩 Shipping Area

We currently ship only within Australia.
International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!


📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and express shipping options across Australia:

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location (especially for remote or rural areas) and courier delays beyond our control.


💲 Shipping Rates

  • Orders under AUD $100: Flat shipping fee of $10
  • Orders AUD $100 and over: Free standard shipping

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.


📬 Carriers

We partner with trusted Australian carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, and CouriersPlease to ensure safe and reliable delivery.


🕒 Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Capy Box is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or peak seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery online.


🚫 Missed Deliveries / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.


📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at support@capybox.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
